Welcome to DR Cosmetic Inc. By scheduling services, submitting a deposit, or receiving treatment with our company, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

DR Cosmetic provides cosmetic surgery coordination, patient assistance, and related support services. Surgical procedures are performed by licensed surgeons and medical professionals.

2. Booking and Deposits

* A deposit is required to secure a surgery date and begin coordination services.

Deposits are valid for one (1) year* from the date of payment.

Deposits are non‑refundable under any circumstances*.

* Deposits may be applied toward rescheduling within the one‑year validity period, subject to availability.

3. Rescheduling Policy

* Patients may request to reschedule their procedure within the deposit validity period.

* Rescheduling requests must be submitted with reasonable notice.

* New surgery dates are subject to surgeon and facility availability.

4. Cancellations

* If a patient cancels their procedure, the deposit will not be refunded.

* Failure to appear for a scheduled procedure (no‑show) may result in loss of deposit and scheduling privileges.

5. Medical Clearance

* Patients are responsible for completing all required medical evaluations and laboratory tests prior to surgery.

* DR Cosmetic and affiliated medical providers reserve the right to cancel or postpone procedures if a patient is deemed medically unfit for surgery.

6. Results Disclaimer

* Cosmetic surgery results vary by individual.

* No guarantees or warranties are made regarding specific outcomes.

7. Payments

* Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment instructions provided prior to surgery.

* Prices are subject to change until a deposit is received and booking is confirmed.

8. Travel and Accommodation

* Patients are responsible for arranging travel and accommodations unless otherwise specified.

* DR Cosmetic is not responsible for airline changes, delays, or travel disruptions.

9. Patient Responsibilities

Patients agree to:

* Provide accurate medical history and personal information.

* Follow all pre‑operative and post‑operative instructions.

* Maintain communication with the coordination team.

10. Limitation of Liability

DR Cosmetic acts as a coordination service and is not responsible for medical decisions made by surgeons or healthcare providers. Liability is limited to coordination services provided.

11. Privacy

Patient information is handled confidentially and used solely for coordination, medical preparation, and communication purposes in accordance with applicable privacy standards.

12. Agreement

By submitting a deposit, booking services, or receiving care coordinated by DR Cosmetic, the patient acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
